Born in 1976 in Halmstad. Ph. D. student since 2003.

My field of research will be organizations, with special emphasis on labor unions. My dissertation will focus on institutional aspects of unions and how institutions help to shape and influence the actions taken by unions. Incentives and how to deal with incentives (through the use of formal institutions), within unions, will thereby be of special interest as well.
