Join us for the launch of "The Trust Principle" at Ragnar, Stockholm School of Economics. Dive into a groundbreaking exploration of trust-based leadership and its transformative power in today's organizations.

Date and time: August 20, 17.00-19.00

Location: Ragnar, Stockholm School of Economics

About the book: During the past decades, management control systems have expanded, leading many employees to experience diminishing autonomy and commitment. "The Trust Principle" offers an alternative, asserting that trust is the foundation for success in most types of organizations. Highlighting prominent Swedish business leaders from the 1970s onward, but also the Swedish tech wonder and ‘The New Economy’, it underscores the historical significance of trust in the success of Swedish businesses. Authored by renowned researcher Louise Bringselius, this book presents twelve concrete strategies for implementing trust-based management. It urges a shift in focus from control to support, from hierarchy to teamwork, and from reactive firefighting to proactive prevention. In doing so, "The Trust Principle" provides a roadmap for creating courageous and innovative organizations, building on a strong Swedish management tradition.
