How to conduct and communicate research that impacts practice - 18 May 2022
Amy Edmondson about the workshop:
"This seminar will share my experience as a management researcher seeking to conduct rigorous research with relevance for practitioners. I will present a framework that suggests starting with problems, crossing disciplinary and organizational boundaries and spending time in the field, while connecting with the literature at various points in the journey. Without claiming answers, I will use my own research to illustrate how this combination may work to produce research that impacts scholars and practitioners, as well as how to communicate findings to maximize impact. I expect the content of the session to be improved by your questions and our discussions."
