For over two decades—first at Jönköping International Business School and now at the House of Innovation—Nordqvist has shaped how family enterprises handle succession, innovation, and strategy. 

Nordqvist’s research aims to improve how family businesses operate in an evolving economy. His studies explore how family firms balance tradition with innovation, how they transition leadership across generations, and how family offices can enhance investment strategies. By shedding light on these critical areas, his work helps businesses make informed decisions that ensure sustainability and growth.
