Swedish high-frequency economic data
10 June, 2020
The Riksbank has put together a database with high-frequency data about the Swedish economy. Other government agencies have taken similar initiatives.
The Riksbank is collecting high-frequency data from external participants to better monitor the economic development during the pandemic. The data is available here: https://c19impact.com/public. Further information about the data collection efforts of the Riksbank is available in their Economic Commentary (in Swedish and English).
The National Institute of Economic Research (Konjunkturinstitutet) has also expanded their data collection efforts to better monitor the economic development, see https://www.konj.se/statistik-och-data/covid-19-relaterat.html (in Swedish only).
