What is the point of all this?
How many correct answers did you collect? Not that many, we assume! It is not so easy, then, to say something about consumers' purchase behaviour when you have only limited input data.
More data is obviously needed about customers' prior purchases, preferences, attitudes, and intentions - and research is needed if we want to assess how such variables are linked together.
At CCM, we have many such projects underway and we invite you to share the content of our research with us. Please use our site to get familiar with who we are and our research and teaching - and please feel free to get in touch with CCM.
