The Center for Responsible Leadership

We are a research platform for the development of theoretically sound leadership practices in contexts where ethical, cultural, and accountability dilemmas are prominent. Our activities focus on how business leadership is expected to address current societal and environmental challenges, with a focus on digitalization and migration. We do collaborative research with partner organizations for rich empirical fieldwork leading to relevant academic contributions. The center aims for communication of findings and results to a broad audience.
