Submission

The abstract submission period has ended.

To facilitate in-depth discussions during the workshop, we require working papers to be made available to participants before the workshop. Authors of accepted submissions (paper presentation track) should submit a full working paper (approximately 15 pages) through EasyChair by May 30, 2025.

We will use a shared folder to make the working papers available to workshop participants. The link will be shared with registered workshop participants. Before the workshop, we encourage each presenter to read at least the two other papers presented as part of the same 90-minute session.

To submit your working paper, log into EasyChair and view your submission. In the upper right corner, you will see the following links:

  • Update information: Use this link to revise the short abstract and to indicate whether you or any of your co-authors are open to chairing a session during the workshop. The short abstract will be included in the workshop program.
  • Update authors: Use this if you need to update the contact information of any of the authors.
  • Update file: Use this link to upload your full working paper.
