A Framework to Supercharge Brand Strategy
Leveraging cutting-edge research from the behavioural sciences, Simona Botti and David Faro (London Business School) present a framework to structure decisions about developing brand strategy and embedding it in the business. The framework can help managers in different functions understand, build, and manage brands to create value, both internally and externally to the organization, and to drive profits and business growth. The framework will be illustrated with business cases and examples.
