How to become an expert entrepreneur - 24 May 2022
Established as well as future entrepreneurs had the opportunity to meet Professor Saras D. Sarasvathy at Stockholm School of Economics!
Short description of the industry seminar:
"Popular wisdom assumes that the pitch is at the heart of entrepreneurship. Open mic pitches and formal pitch competitions dominate entrepreneurship education and ecosystem events. However, research into the daily actions of practicing entrepreneurs shows that the pitch is but one small subset of a wide variety of asks that are ubiquitous to venturing well. Findings from multiple studies reveal how asks help entrepreneurs navigate and transform uncertainty into opportunity. Moreover, asks form the building blocks of learning that move novice entrepreneurs into effectual experts." (Saras D. Sarasvathy)
