Tomas Flodén is CEO at AMF and Board Member of Cinder Invest. 

"SHoF contributes to strengthening the financial academic competence in Sweden and thus the basis for recruitment for the financial industry. Through the work that SHOF conduct, and the competence that the research contributes to ministries and supervisory authorities, SHoF also helps to develop the Swedish regulatory environment. This also improves Sweden's ability to influence EU decisions and to implement decided rules in Sweden in a good way. People from AMF today follow SHoF's work and participate in the seminars and conferences that SHoF organizes, primarily for competence-enhancing purposes, but also to contribute with the knowledge and insights from AMF on relevant issues. Finally, we also see good opportunities to collaborate with SHoF in terms of analysis."
