The Swedish House of Finance is Sweden’s national research center in financial economics. It was founded in 2011 by the Stockholm School of Economics and the Institute for Financial Research through a government initiative to strengthen financial research in Sweden with the aim to be one of the top research institutions in Europe. The Swedish House of Finance is jointly funded by the government and the financial sector.
