2022 Ohlin Lecture with Professor Andrew Bernard - "Firms, Production Networks and Trade"

Welcome to the 2022 Ohlin Lecture at the Stockholm School of Economics

The Stockholm School of Economics arranges the annual Ohlin Lectures in order to honor the significant scientific achievements of Bertil Ohlin. This year’s lecturer is Andrew Bernard, Kadas T’90 Distinguished Professor at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, presenting Firms, Production Networks and Trade.

Professor Bernard is one of the world’s leading scholars in the field of international trade and investment and specializes in firm responses to globalization. His recent work has focused on the emergence of factory-less goods producers in the US, on the role of intermediaries in global trade, and on the evolution of global (and domestic) production networks and the consequences for firm performance.
