CSR the national winner of the Blaze Inclusion Award
The nominees were to be an individual or company who works actively for climate and environmental protection and nominations were to be motivated by a clear link between diversity, inclusion and climate protection. CSR was up against some high-profile nominees like Greta Thunberg/Fridays for Future and Lantmännen among others, and the award is a recognition of the hard work the CSR team does and evidence that the efforts have not gone unnoticed in the Nordic region.
The award is conferred by Diversify, a non-profit organisation that works to advance measurable diversity and inclusion strategies in companies across the world. Their aim is to amplify Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Nordics. The Diversify Nordic Summit will take place in Oslo in August, the first conference on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging that brings together stakeholders from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
