How to leverage comparative research for urban sustainability ends?

In the 20th IRS International Lecture on Society and Space, CSR’s Örjan Sjöberg will address the issue, suggesting that land value creation and capture could be used as an entry point allowing us to avoid undue generalizations based on a few albeit highly visible cases and overly particularistic accounts emphasising the singular or unique.
