Retail Store Project with Swedish Match

Swedish Match Retail Club had a workshop with a focus on offline retailing and in-store experiences.
Cecilia Källbäck, Head of Stores, and Eleni Tjernberg, Retail Operations Manager, tasked us to further develop our ideas on how to attend to a young consumer segment and raise their awareness of Swedish Match’s nicotine pouches.
Our proposals were focused on creating an experience store, taking interior design, product offerings, and content into account. The suggestions included a hip pre-party venue offering arcade games and matched drink and snus combinations, a theme-oriented bar with changing seasonal offerings, and a flexible “all day, all night” lounge bar equally suited for grabbing a coffee and snus with a friend, and a fun night out accompanied by trendy live music.
