Workshop with Skincity on Black Friday promotions
Skincity is an online retailer specializing in skincare products with the aim to be “a skincare clinic online”. The CEO of Skincity, Stefan Fragner, held a video brief for the students. Students were challenged to come up with suggestions as to how to approach Black Friday promotions in a sustainable way while staying true to the company’s service focus and not focusing solely on price discounting.
After working together in groups the students presented their solutions to the CEO and representatives from Skincity and Axel Johnson, who joined the workshop through Zoom. Solutions included personalized offers, pop-ups and video consultations with skin therapists. The company representatives then provided each group with valuable feedback on their solutions.
