Workshop with Systembolaget on innovations for conscious decision making
The workshop started by concluding the interviews about the effects and drivers of alcohol consumption that the students had conducted before the workshop. This was done by mapping customer needs in different stages of the buying process. Ideas were then developed to solve some of the identified problems, and reviewed in peers discussing potential customer feedback. The workshop ended with students pitching their final ideas and drawings. Some of the suggestions were the development of a user community, an application and adding information on sustainability and calories on packages.
