Apohem private label, why & how?
Gustav Hasselgren, CEO of Apohem, started the workshop by introducing Apohem and its background. Further, he shared two of Apohem's main challenges to provide some foundation to the case that was later presented. The case the students were given regarded private labels and how Apohem could develop it. During one hour all students worked with this case in groups of 4-5 students and in the last hour, all suggestions were presented to a majority of the Apohem office. The suggestions involved developing luxury vegan products, doing a private label collection focusing on babies, introducing skincare and collaborating with influencers, and lastly developing a private label that also emphasizes brand awareness for Apohem.
