Experience Fazer Through a Nordic Culinary Journey
Motivation
“How can Fazer work to strengthen its brand in the Swedish market? Using a mixed method approach the students explore this question and come up with empirically grounded insights that guide actionable recommendations. In addition to providing insights on branding and the challenges involved in translating brand heritage across markets, the reports explore a central issue in retail, namely location. Working in close proximity to Fazer, the students have ensured that the final product is practically relevant and highly actionable to the company in addition to being an academically sound report.”

About the Company Project
The purpose of the project is to create value for the company and for the students in the Retail Management program. The company may use the project to get information related to an important issue. It gives the company an opportunity to also get a deeper understanding of student competencies and to identify talent as future employees. The students get relevant experience in planning, executing, and presenting a project, an opportunity to bridge theory and practice and (potentially) insight into one aspect of the company's business.
