Who Leads Elite Sports?
06 mars, 2025
This crucial question was at the center of yesterday’s digital seminar, organized by the Center for Sports and Business in collaboration with the Swedish Sports Confederation. The seminar was a tribute to International Women’s Day, with a strong focus on gender equality in sports leadership.
The discussions highlighted the importance of leadership, role models, and breaking barriers, as well as the courage to say "YES, I can!". We explored the structures needed—both in sports and in society at large—to ensure that more women want to, dare to, and have the opportunity to take on and develop leadership roles in elite sports.
