06 april, 2014
Plain speaking and no hesitation faced corporations like Ikea and Coca-Cola when students from all over Stockholm gathered to discuss the companies’ sustainability efforts.
On Tuesday, April 1st the sustainability project, We Change, took place at the Stockholm School of Economics to allow high school students to confront and question big businesses and corporations.
The project, organized by Ungdomar.se, is traveling around the country to inspire young people to commit themselves to a more sustainable society. The students were challenged to answer how to get young people to commit themselves to sustainable development and they all pointed to the importance of businesses to lead the way and act as role models.
The business panel consisted of representatives from Ikea, Coca-Cola, Myrorna, Fortum and Returpack, which all received questions regarding their policy’s and work within sustainability.
