SSE climbs in FT’s Master in Management ranking 2017

On Monday, 11 September 2017, the Financial Times published the FT Master in Management (MIM) Ranking 2017.

SSE’s position in the 13th annual FT MiM ranking improved this year –  SSE moved from place 28 in 2016 to 23. SSE is still ranked as the top Nordic school among the six participating Nordic schools. SSE also ranked 3rd in the criterion “International Course Experience” as well as in the “Top Ten for Finance” category.

The ranking is based on a relative assessment of the world’s top pre-experience degrees in general management, calculated according to data provided by schools and alumni. This year, the ranking grew from 90 participating Master in Management programs to 95, making the ranking more competitive.

It’s clear that in a more competitive environment, SSE was helped by the higher salaries reported by alumni, higher level of job placement, and the 100% employment rate after graduation.

Thank you to the 2014 graduates who took the time to answer the FT alumni survey.
