Eidmann, Jeannette

Jeannette Eidmann is a PhD Candidate in Business Administration at the Department of Management and Organization. Her work focuses on corporate mindfulness, learning and leadership. In addition to being a researcher she works with SSE Executive Education as an Associated Program Director and Faculty in Leadership and as an Organizational Consultant, mainly with management team development. 

She is particularly interested in mindfulness that has become increasingly popular in organizations, and of the experiences and interpretations of the participants and the process in which the mindfulness practice spreads to work, and in her study to their leadership role. For her research, Jeannette uses qualitative methods. 

Jeannette holds a MSc in Gestalt in Organizations from University of Derby as well as a Bachelor in Business Administration from Stockholm University. She has been working as an organizational consultant since 2006 and before this as a Business Operational Manager, CFO, Auditor and more.
