Curating in/of CEMS Business Schools
The ambition for this was to be the inaugural meeting in a series where the general goal is to finds institutional positions and organizational forms for making art impact our international community of CEMS business schools.
Our inaugural conference is thus focused on curating in/of business schools, which is increasingly about making art create new links between business and society. Curating helps us creatively approach new global challenges – fact-resistant public discourses; refugee- and migration challenges; unemployment amongst young people, environmental threats; all pressing issues for art initiatives as we may lack discourses, models and organizational practices to tackle them cognitively. Among the business schools represented in the conference were University of Mannheim, Bocconi University, University St Gallen, Aalto University and Zeppelin University.
