APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1: Check your eligibility

Submit your CV and fill out the CV review form to find out whether you qualify to apply for the SSE MBA Executive Format. We will evaluate your eligibility as soon as possible and notify you via email regarding your qualification status.

Step 2: Submit your application

Once you qualify to apply for the program, you will gain access to the application portal. To start your application, click on Apply now in the "time line" on top of this page to access the portal. Utilize the same email address used during the eligibility form submission to log in.

While filling out the online application, all information is automatically saved, allowing you to log in and continue your application at any time until you are ready to submit.

The admissions board will carefully review applicants' experience, qualifications, essays, test results, motivation, and reasons for studying.

The following documents must be uploaded as part of the application:

  1. CV in English
  2. Grade transcripts and/or copy of degree
  3. High resolution digital photo
  4. TOEFL/IELTS score, when applicable.
Register for TOEFL with our code 6799.

We highly recommend investing time and effort in crafting thoughtful responses to the essay questions in the application.

Upon submission, reference requests, with pre-set questions, are automatically sent to your chosen referees. Two referees are required, and should be individuals who know you well in your professional capacity.

If employed, one of the referees should be your closest manager, a senior manager, or a person representing HR, in the organization where you are employed. This gives the organization the opportunity to express the level of support, and also confirm that they are aware of your SSE MBA application.

If self-employed, one of the referees should be your co-founder, partner or board member in your organization.

Please note that referees who are relatives are not recommended.

Step 3: Tests, video assessment and a personal interview

We will review applications continuously. If you are considered a good fit for the program, you will be contacted to schedule an admission interview. You will also receive links to a personality and intelligence test, as well as a short video assessment. These tests and the assessment must be completed before the interview.

During the interview, the applicant's current position, situation, motivation for studying, and future plans will be discussed.

Step 4: Notification of the admissions decisions

Admission decisions are made by the admissions board at the end of May, June, August, September, and October 2025, and will be communicated to you the same day. If admitted, you will also receive a written offer from us, that we will ask you to e-sign.
