Stockholm is like no other city, it combines urban buzz with huge parks and clean swimmable water. We are pretty sure you will love your time here, and hope that you will have the chance to arrive early, to explore the city. Despite being the largest city in Scandinavia, Stockholm conveys a small-town feeling.
Your trip to Stockholm, Sweden
- You will fly into either Arlanda or Skavsta airport.
- If you are bringing medications, check the requirements prior to the border crossing.
- Know what backup documents (if any) you need to enter Sweden and be prepared to show them upon arrival.
- All non-EU/EEA participants are required to obtain their own insurance in order to protect themselves and their property while in Sweden.
- Nordic and EU/EEA participants (including Switzerland): As a Nordic or EU/EEA student you are entitled to receive essential healthcare for the same patient fee as Swedish citizens, as long as you have your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).
