LeadershipLive program
The coaching program is the key feature of the LeadershipLive program that aims to develop the participants' leadership skills and capabilities. It will help you build your self-awareness, confidence, reflection capacity, and leadership brand.
Learn from the latest academic leadership case studies, research, theory, frameworks, and organizational management discussions in the classroom. We will invite guest speakers, lecturers, and alumni, for you to learn from their leadership experiences and insights.
Through a self-assessment, and understanding the neuroscience of the mind, you will develop a deep self-awareness of your own vision, mission, strengths, limitations, and preferences, and the confidence to grow in desired ways. Your individual coach will give you guidance and personalized feedback. Action reflection learning is used where you experiment with the learnings in different projects and do experiential exercises during class, to build your reflection capacity.
In the peer-to-peer coaching part of the program, you will coach and be coached by a peer in the cohort, to practice giving and receiving constructive feedback, and learn the skills and models for coaching others. You will also learn how to work in effective teams with best practices, work with feedback and group work debriefs to develop key insights and enhance your collaboration and communication skills. Another important part is to learn how to harness the power of collective intelligence of the group, get different perspectives, ideas and suggestions on challenges, dilemmas and opportunities, and to support and challenge each other's learning.
Last but not least, your leadership brand. You will be inspired, supported and motivated to dare to lead with your ideas, be more self-aware and how to best leverage your leadership, and create a personal leadership development plan.
