Welcome to the SSE residence in Södermalm. These apartments are available exclusively for international faculty & staff, guest researchers and visitors affiliated with SSE. We offer apartments ranging from 23 to 70 square meters.

💬 General information:
- Unbeatable location in central Stockholm.
- Across the street from the premises, you will find the green line subway station "Medborgarplatsen" from there it takes about 10 minutes to commute to SSE.
- Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife, gym, museums etc
- Furniture, water, heating, electricity, and a home insurance are included in the rent.
- Textiles include curtains, mattress cover, bed quilt and pillows. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
- The kitchen is equipped with an electrical stove with hotplates, fridge/freezer and the basic kitchen utensils.
🏠 Rent: SEK 9,000 - 15,000 per month (depending on the size of the apartment)*
